Your main responsibility will be to ensure efficient and cost effective transport of cargo in cooperation with agents, ships masters, charterers and various internal departments.

Main tasks

• Coordinate vessel operations.
  
• Follow up on port operations, tank cleaning and claims.
• Plan and negotiate bunker deliveries.
• Prepare and control stowage plans.
• Control bills of ladings.
• Build and maintain professional relationships.
• Take part in future fleet development and innovation projects.
• Monitor performance and prepare reports.

All activities shall comply with the companies’ quality, health, environmental and safety standards.

Preferred qualifications

• Relevant education at bachelor level or maritime nautical background.
• Experience from the maritime industry.
• Experience from ship operation.
• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English and Norwegian.
• Good mood and easy going.
